Quinta do Noval LBVA traditional LBV, this is a well upholstered, rich and generous wine, with complex plum and rich black cherry and spice flavours, finishing sweet, smooth and full on the palate. Grapes were trodden by foot to obtain the must, then they macerate in the "lagares", the traditional stone vats from the Quinta to obtain the best possible extraction The fermentation lasted for 3 days. The wine matured for 4 years in large wooden barrels called Tonis,
