Herdade do Rocim 'Mariana' WhiteHerdade do Rocim 'Mariana' White is a fresh, aromatic white from the Alentejo region of southern Portugal, blending primarily Anto Vaz, Arinto and a touch of Alvarinho. The wine presents a citrine green hue and offers exuberant tropical and citrus aromas think lychee, pear, lime zest, perhaps hints of white peach or melon with subtle herbal or floral notes and a light mineral edge. On the palate it is lively, with bright acidity, refreshing minerality

The vineyard is situated at an altitude of 320 metres above sea level

in the hills of the Languedoc

plums and blackberries and a hint of tobacco leaf and roast meats

Around 80% of this champagne is sourced from grapes grown in the current vintage with 20% sourced from 'reserve' wines  The total of the cuvée is circa 40% Pinot Noir
