Greywacke Sauvignon BlancFrom Marlborough legend, Kevin Judd, this excellent Sauvignon Bland consists of citrus blossom and elderflower entwined with nectarines and white peaches, mandarin and melon with a twist of lemon. Intensely flavoured, succulent and crisp with a delicate herbal infusion. Fruit was sourced from various prime vineyard sites in Marlboroughs Southern Valleys and the central Wairau Plains which contain high proportions of New Zealands greywacke river
and just a little wild
and bottled without fining

The wine spent eight months on its lees in French Burgundy barrels
