Barrelsmith Manhattan 750mlStraight Rye Whiskey and Rosso Vermouth are blended into a Manhattan and then aged in oak barrels. After we taste and determine it is worthy to be labeled Barrelsmith, we then bottle at full strength, 35% ABV (70 proof). We source our aged whiskey from an award winning distillery.
