Silver Combination Vesta Case And Sovereign Holder Birmingham 1906A difficult to find Edwardian combination Silver Sovereign Case and vesta of plain design. The sovereign holder is complete inside with hallmarks to the lid and all parts. The vesta is also fully marked. A very collectable piece of Edwardian silver. The spoons come boxed in their original box

This has a slightly concave side and is a really good gauge of silver

There is an unengraved circular cartouche on the lid

Fully hallmarked silver stopper with good quality cork and with the addition of a cast silver model of a Duck and a Fox on the top

Overall this case is in very good condition with just one tiny dent to one corner

Very Good with no damage

Fully hallmarked with import marks to the backs of the necks although these are very small and difficult to read

There is a cartouche to the lid which bears the Garter Insignia of the "House Of Douglas"
