The grapes are sourced exclusively from their Angler vineyard on the banks of the Wairau River with selected bunches hand harvested to ensure the best quality

whilst preserving some structure

vibrant fruit and delicious

with a long finish

papaya and tangerine - very tropical and wonderfully complex - layered with cream and underscored by fine stony minerals

Fermentation is in stainless steel at 22-28ºC

crushed violets and peppery spice — cracked black pepper
