The vineyards are old, dry farmed bush vines planted on granitic soils, close to the Pacific, giving freshness and tension. Cinsault here produces a pale, delicate style with lifted aromatics rather than power. The nose shows wild strawberry, sour cherry, rose petal and subtle herbal notes, with a stony, earthy undertone.
