1992 Fernandes Japan RG-80 325 John Lennon Model (Black)Made by Fernandes in the early 1990's, this very obviously emulates a model from a guitar brand that i'm not allowed to mention on marketplaces (but you know what it is). Solid maple body with a maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard (20" scale length, 41mm nut width), it weighs just under 3kg's. The parts on these were completely fabricated by Burny Fernandes for these models with custom plastics, custom pickups, custom hardware and a Bigsby style

it's also factory loaded with a Hipshot-style bridge and Gotoh tuners

low-action high-speed runs with monumental string bends without fretting out

the frets are shiny and smooth with some wear but plenty of life left

These were expensive and high end Yamaha models when released and spared no expense with the build quality
