Suidwes BiltongA traditional mix of salt, spices (coriander & pepper), sugar and bicarbonate of soda. Hint do not add vinegar to the mix, it will neutralise the bicarbonate of soda. Additional Information To assist in preventing mold, wash the biltong down with a diluted solution of brown vinegar before hanging to dry. Store spices in a sealed container in a cool place
