Forget Me Not Heart Charm VINTAGEThis vintage sterling silver puffy heart charm, made during the 1940s, has a relief design in three sections, each with a forget me not flower and leaves against a light cream background, all within a beaded border. Some of the enamel is missing, as shown in the photos.
