After being locked away in a safe for the last 50 years we have brought the parcel to life in an intriguing manner by faceting the opal instead of the usual cabochon cut. It is almost eye clean with just a few barely visible wisps coming in from one of the long edges

This beautiful Malagasy tourmaline is natural and unheated and has a wine red colour with orangey flashes
