If you have a single colony in our 7 frame nuc, and want to continue with our 7 frame system, you can grow your colony using our 7 frame nuc super. Our 7 frame systems are easier to lift as they are up to one third lighter than the regular 10 frame hive. Our nuc super, filled with 7 frames of honey would be about the same weight as a 10 frame medium super. Therefore it may be preferred by some
