Conn 8D Elkhart L Series Nickel Silver Double French Horn (Free Postage Lower 48 States)Up for your consideration is a Conn 8D Double French Horn. This L series was made in Elkhart Indiana. THIS HORN IS ALL ORIGINAL ELKHART INDIANA! The lacquer is original and looks good! The most notable imperfection on this horn is signs of previous dent work on the bell throat just around the bell brace. The bell is solid in this area with no soft spots. This beautiful original L Series is fine "as is" or would be a great candidate for a bell cut.
The original bell from King Schmidt Cluster was pretty bad so I decided to replace the bell with the Silver King Schmidt bell
It does come with a case that was not made for a double bell euphonium
You will receive one new valve cap for the 4th valve with free shipping in the Lower 48 States
along with some minor dings
