Sirloin Roast

Sirloin RoastSirloin is better known as a steak but also delicious as a roast, a tender and flavoursome indulgence that does not disappoint. It comes from the hindquarter and the lower portion of the animal's ribs, sitting just above the fillet. It has a natural covering of fat on the top that ensures the roast remains succulent during cooking and also releases intense flavours that are infused into the meat.
