Kanok Rhum EXP1Our Lockdown rhum. Distilled from 100% organic freshly pressed sugar cane juice, the spirit was rested on both American oak and French oak and then blended together. In total it was aged for 18 months. Double distilled in copper potstills, we have retained the true character of this spirit through minimal intervention. Distilled in 2020 (yes our lockdown rum) and bottled in 2022. A pure farm to bottle release. Pure South African Gold rum. No molasses,
Why is it called rhum
We have our bottled rhums which you can choose to taste or we have a selection of differently infused/matured rhums which you can taste
no molasses or sugar added in the process
Our process also follows a specific design to retain optimum flavour of the cane juice
